  • Therapy is being provided either virtually or in-person.

  • Depending on therapy service and in-person sessions versus virtual sessions, current fees range from $165-$225.

    Private paying in lieu of using insurance benefits ensures the utmost discretion and privacy where medical records are concerned. Also, it ensures that treatment options and durations are not limited by the restrictions imposed by insurance companies.

  • This is a feature of the Google voice phone number I use. If you state your name it will lead you to my phone line.

  • If I am not credentialed with your insurance your insurance company may reimburse you a certain percentage of what you pay out of pocket for sessions. In order to do this, you will need to contact your insurance company and ask how much they reimburse if you choose to see an Out-of-Network LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). If your insurance reimburses, I will give you a bill for your sessions that will have all the required information an insurance company requires. You submit the statement/bill directly to your company. When the reimbursement check comes, it goes to you, not to me.

  • Many insurance plans do not accept couples therapy as a covered service. It is encouraged to check with your insurance company about this coverage. During our consultation we can discuss further.

  • No Surprises Act Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, healthcare providers and healthcare facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan (or coverage) or a Federal health care program or who not are not seeking to make a claim with their plan (or coverage), both orally and in writing, of their ability upon request (or at the time of scheduling health care items and services), to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges.
